Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 8 years of recruitment experience to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes across multiple industries and markets.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, a consultative approach to recruitment, and the ability to source, attract, and secure top talent while meeting business objectives and service delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities
– Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition through to offer management and onboarding.
– Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
– Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and talent databases.
– Negotiate offers, compensation packages, and employment terms between clients and candidates.

Required Skills & Experience
– Atleast 6 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a recruitment company, and/or staffing agency.
– Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment for permanent and contract positions.
– Strong experience sourcing and placing candidates across a variety of industries and functions.
– Excellent interviewing, assessment, and talent acquisition skills.
– Proficiency with recruitment systems, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office applications.
– Strong skills in social media marketing, organisational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred
– Experience recruiting across Australia, New Zealand, or Singapore : APAC markets.
– Exposure to Recruitment in IT, Medical / Healthcare, Finance, or Corporate recruitment.
– Experience working with offshore recruitment delivery models and remote teams.

Work Arrangement
– Flexible remote working environment with the ability to work from home.
– Standard work schedule is Monday to Saturday, supporting clients and candidates across multiple time zones within the APAC region.
